Late Post Brings Back Importance of Health : Ideas For Women ...

I am late bringing? the posts to you at ?the end of the week due to a family health emergency. While sitting in a hospital 4 hours from our home watching the monitors bleep and my in-law drifting in and out of consciousness it brought to light the importance of health to all women, children, and of course the men we love.

Without our health we are nothing but skin and bones and soul. It doesn?t matter the style of clothing we wore, the hair styles we kept, or the beautiful things we bought for our homes. When laying in our final hours it only matters who is there and who we have loved. That being said we must keep in mind that our health is our most important asset besides our family.

We cannot change our genetic make up nor can we change the age we are or the medical conditions that we already must endure. But what you can change at any age are the behaviors we do that affect our health. Things like what we eat, what we drink, what we smoke, what drugs we take, what lifestyle we are choosing to live, and what spiritual and emotional baggage we carry.

Emotional baggage needs to be left at the door, right now.? The past is the past and TODAY is what you can change and make a difference in.

Spiritual baggage can be altered, even if you were abused by a priest YOU can get past that to develop a healthy spiritual life. Is it easy, NO. Is it necessary to go on and keep your mind, body, and soul healthy until the day you die, YES.

Health can be improved. It is a fact. Moderation is a key word I have preached before and I will say it again, eat foods that may not be the best for you in moderation. Consider getting rid of those things in your diet that are detrimental. If you are a diabetic, quit cheating and eating sugary treats. If you know that you are sensitive to gluten, quit tempting yourself and your gut.

Stop smoking, stop drinking alcohol in access, and stop taking drugs you don?t need. Get your mind, body, and spirit back in sync because your health is all that matters in the end.
